Level 1 Training is a one day commitment and a great start for anyone just getting into energy healing work. This class is rooted in learning how to serve yourself and establish a foundational relationship with Reiki. I usually recommend taking Level 1 by itself and allowing yourself to integrate the upgrades received before moving onto Level 2 if you have no previous experience working with energy.
Level 1 + 2 Training is a two day commitment. This training is better suited for those who have been attuned to Reiki through other modalities (ex. Karuna®, Usui Traditional, or Animal Reiki) or are more experienced in energy work. Level 2 is Practitioner Level so this is a better option for those wanting to share their abilities and hold space for others.
Through this training you will additionally receive a manual from the International Center for Reiki Training along with In-Person experiences and practice with the guidance of Reiki Master Teacher April Lamb.
