Using a gentle light touch guided by Holy Fire, Reiki provides a relaxing and refreshing therapeutic session. It aligns energetic centers and honors your intentions for the session, giving peace, comfort, and insight into any questions or concerns you wish to address. Feel free to add any questions, requests, concerns, or intentions with your booking or bring them with you, and we can address them during the initial consultation during your session.

Sandra Wilcox is an Usui/Holy Fire Master Reiki Practitioner. She started her journey as a helper and healer as a Registered Nurse. She has also had a successful business as a Classical Pilates teacher and Natural Food Chef. Her passion has always been to help heal the whole human, not just one aspect of the self. Reiki provides support physically, mentally, and spiritually, ticking off the “big three” boxes for living our best lives. Sandra hopes to give you space to relax, enjoy healing, and learn how to heal yourself.
