Level 1 Initiation is a one day commitment and a great start for anyone just getting into energy healing work. This class is rooted in learning how to serve yourself and establish a foundational relationship with Reiki. I usually recommend taking Level 1 by itself and allowing yourself to integrate the upgrades received before moving onto Level 2 if you have no previous experience working with energy.
